What all rights & procedure are there after khula

I have give divorce (KHULA) as per muslim law on 4/5/2018 khula finalised. I dont have children. After 2 years marriage discontinue. My father is builder. Ex husband is having dependent ill mother and he is only son and earning person grounds of divorce Domestic violence. I am 10 th pass and dependent of mother and mother. Age 22 years. I need to ask few questions 1) Which cases i can file after khula (i have taken divorce) from husband or his family. 2) what are my rights after Khula divorce. 3)If maintenance can be claim how much maintenance can be get and till when as per law he is earning 15000/-? 4) In which jurisdiction of court i can file? I stay in thane? Is there any time restrictions for filing case? 5) In khula letter it is said both parties cannot file cases against them so i cant file case? 6) How much time it takes for judgment and procedure? Pls give answer of each qtns
