What action can i take if my husband has filed cruelty/harassment case

Hi all , My husband wants a divorce from me but instead of directly giving divorce he had filed a cruelty/harassment case against me . I haven't received the notice yet , so what best can be done now . please suggest all possible and best ways . Also suggest if I can get a copy of notice from local court if possible as I havent received the notice yet .
