What action can i take against wife who mentally tortures me

Hi , I got marrried last year. My wife is very short tempered. She behaves like a psycho and everytime fights with me for money matter. She is having lot of disease also. From the last 6 -7 months i have been to hospital multiple times for her. She is working but still she expects that all the expenses should be beared by me and her salary should remain in her bank account. Even she does do any kind of work in home. She enjoys the benefit of a working woman but she does not want to spend a single penny from her salary. She is very much money minded and bloody lier. What action can i take?
