We both want Mutual Divorce - Let us know the full procedure

Kindly let us know, the full procedure of Mutual Divorce. Note: My wife is not OK with my disrespectful behaviour. My wife is working, still she expect me to take her responsibility. Why I will take her responsibility & spend my own money for her , as she is self earner. These are our few conflicts I would like to share!

Hi dear, 1) Mutual Agreement - Both husband and wife has to agree and end the marriage amicably 2) Separation Period - They must be living separately for atleast one year 3) Filing the first Motion Petition - Draft and file a join petition before the Family Court. 4) Cooling Period - Cooling period of 6 months can be waived also (Depends on your scenario) 5) Second Motion - After 6 Months file Second Motion 6) After a Court is satisfied they will passa final decree of divorce

in order to dissolve the marriage by mutual divorce application, both of you should come this conclusion that you both want this. if you wish, the suit will be filed and after 6 months the final hearing would be conducted and you will be divorced.
