wants child visitation rights but unwilling to pay any child support

19-Aug-2025 (In Divorce Law)
I am a Govt. employee mother of a 2.5years old child.I have borne all responsibilities towards the child since pregnancy. He just used to have fun, mentally tortured on me & has no income but has two houses.Such a feeling wife's income is also his income. Both are Hindu. Now,I have started a mutual divorce at all my cost.He demanded child visitation rights but unwilling to pay any child maintenance. Can I resist abusive husband from taking my child to his home & travel during ongoing cooling period?

you need to file a custody suit under act 8... praying for permanent custody of the child... since the child is an infant so you will easily get the order for restraining the father to visit the child or meeting the child in person. for further detailed query kindly have a proper consultation.
