Want to save my marriage.husband is not allowing me to stay with him

I got married few months back,after a month my in laws started telling me about my husbands behavior,he gets angry on small things very short temper misbehaves on particular days like amawas,pournima etc because someone has done the black magic on him. he beated me twice fought with me on very small things always dissatisfied about things given in marriage(dowry) he is nt ready to take me to home saying that he will send notice soon.....im still trying to convince him but he is nt listening i want to save our marriage please suggest me what should be done in this matter.
We suggest that you should first section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act which is restitution of conjugal rights wherein the court may pass direction of conjugal rights in your favour.
This means a form of direction wherein husband and wife are asked to stay together
