Want To Give Divorce To My Wife

My wife is not staying with me since mid of 2022. She came to my house for 3 days last year then went again. This is my second marriage. This is her second marriage too. She tortures me alltime with the help of my in laws. I want to apply divorce . She is a earning lady. Can she claim maintenance from me? Can she claim my assets during divorce? Please help me . I am in trouble.

the details of torture are required. it seems that she is a working last and does not stay with you. you need to inform me what are the reasons of her absence in your life. she can claim maintenance and your assets. but whether she will get it or not it depends.
