Want stay in my matrimonial house how can I apply for that ?

m from chennai.i gt married on 28/5/2013 and my huband filed devorce on 9/9/2013..the case is still pending,recently i put dv act on him nd his family..now currently m stayng with my home.due to sme family issuse,nw i cnt stay with my mom,nw plse can u tell me the clear procedure to stay in matrimonial house.please tell how to apply in domestic viloence to get order to stay in my husbands house,nd i want to knw "can apply fr devorce withn 3mnths of marriage".now its almost three years. can i able to break the devorce which s filed by my husband withn 3mnths f marriage,is it possble to brk ths
You are still his wife and have all the rights to be in his house. He cannot refuse your re-entry in the house. If you want to legally enter in the house, you can get interim orders for residence in DV case mentioning that you are haless now because even your parents are not supporting you and you are shelterless. You have residential rights in your matrimonial house.
