Visitation rights of my son to his father

20-Aug-2025 (In Divorce Law)
My son whose age is about 9 years is feeling threatened to see his father who has visitation rights after he assaulted his maternal grand father and mother during his visitation. And the child has autism and hyper activity issues I gave training for 5 years and now he is acting as normal child. But he is refusing to see him and if he see him he is getting sick. What can be done. He has filed an EP IN DISTRICT court to execute the order . To the judge also during enquiry hedidn't want to see him.

Dear Client, 1. You can file an application before the District Court under Guardians and Wards Act to modify/cancel visitation rights citing welfare of the child. 2. Also submit medical and psychological reports showing the child’s condition and his statement that he does not want to see the father. Welfare of the minor is the paramount consideration under law. 3. Consult an advocate to discuss your case in brief. 4. You may schedule an appointment regarding your case by phone or email at your convenience. Thanks & regards, Priyanka Advocate Coimbatore
