Under Section 125 maintenance act

22 years of marriage and having 2 sons, elder son age 20 plus and younger 14 plus. My wife a working lady as a guest lecturer in Metiabruz college since 2010. Since the of marriage, always disputes arose and never end. My wife thrown me out of my flat and living with my both children. And taken all my belongings under her custody including all the gold ornaments. Now she filed case against me under section 125 and filed false case 498 in the year 2018 and drew the case with my prior knowledge.
