Unable to Confirm Status of Mutual Consent Divorce Case (Family Court

I am Petitioner No.1 in a mutual consent divorce filed in 2024 before Family Court Pune (informed as MA 243/2024). The same lawyer represents both parties. I signed an affidavit and attended court in Jan 2026, but the lawyer has not provided the full CNR or confirmed whether the decree is passed. How can I independently verify case status and obtain a certified copy? Should I appoint an independent lawyer?

Hi , you can apply certified copy for getting the status of mutual consent petition through advocate or party in person .online status of your case showing case has been disposed. The case number Mc 243/2024
