We married in 2006 at the time of marriage we both are Indians, my husband got uk citizenship in 2014, cases are going on in Indian family court from 2014 ,my husband sent divorce notice from uk . He applied divorce application as a ground irretrivable break down and no fault divorce as per new uk law 2022 1.
