How much time will it take to complete this court procedure and obtain a Indian Court registered copy of this document? What documents are required for submission to Indian Court
That we have to see under special marraige act for the provison of the court and the procedure to get it done it can be done by filing mutually a decree for divorce by both the parties and attach the following copy of divorce given by UK Law!
