To visit temple is mean of stalking

I filed RCR petition and my wife filed Divorce petition in section 13 1a,1b parellely maintenance case also pending . If I visit big temple near to wife house, is that become stalking?? If that eligible for DVC case against me???

hi alocious here, I can well understand your concern from your query raised, it would not amount to stalking as it is a Public place of visit however, if done with an intent to forum shop your wife it would amount to a criminal offence at this point, Requesting you to maintain decorum and respect the court proceeding, thank you
