Summons are sent but not received neither appearance in made in court

Hi sir , We have filed the case in Berhampur court however summons are sent but the lady is neither receiving it nor appearing in court The case was filed on 23rd Oct ,however 6 dates are gone but it has not started yet.suggest me a way I can atleast make her accept the summon or receive it .SHE IS NOT STAYING WITH ME SINCE LAST 2 YEARS AND NOT GIVING DIVORCE EVEN NEITHER ACCEPTING SUMMONS NOR APPEARING IN COURT.

Publish the summon of the court in a local news paper circulating through out the odisha, take the copy of said news article and appear before the court where the case is continuing and file an applocation to treat the said news article as sufficent notice, as all other methods have proved futile
