sister wants divorce as inlaws are not supporting and husband abiusive

actually my sister wants a divorce, her in laws are not supporting her husband keeps abusing her they are always demanding money, it's been 10 years since she got married but her inlaws still count on us when it comes to money, buying something etc. They dont take care of her, and keep her busy in household work for the whole days what can be done?

Hi. In case your sister has decided to get divorce from her husband then either she can can go for mutual divorce from her husband or in case the husband is not ready to give her a divorce, she can file a case before the appropriate court and seek divorce from the court. She can also ask for maintenance from her husband through court. You need to make a proper strategy and then go to the court.
