your family specially your didi first need to finally decide as to whether she want to live with him or not for the rest of her life. if the answer is yes, then involve ur family members with their and reconcile the issue. if the answer is no, then file divorce case based on cruelty and also maintenance case against husband and his family. also file a domestic violence case. These cases can be properly filed at Mandleshwar as the entire cause of action/dispute arose at mandleshwar. 498A FIR can also be filed at delhi.
