Shall i give my divorce case to another lawyer

My wife filed sec9, i filed sec 13 1ia. 3 years continues, my lawyer(Raju)did fraud in documents. In place petitioner mentioned respondent and vise versa. I am changing new lawyer, got noc. She filed Sec 498A after 2 yrs. Chargesheet opened, another lawyer(karan) filed quash petition for my sister and brother in law. Got stay for my parents. I am A1, memo filed by my lawyer(Raju). Now shall i give my divorce case also to karan lawyer or with new layer. If i go 2 separate lawyr what issues occur?

S.Gunasekar Advocate Answer. You can give both cases to Karan if he is competent in both criminal and family law — it helps for better coordination and strategy. If you keep two lawyers: There may be miscommunication or conflict in approach. Court dates may overlap, causing scheduling issues. Documents and case facts may not be shared properly. Best: Go with one trusted lawyer (like Karan) for all, unless your new lawyer is very strong in family matters.
