sec 377 medical test mandatory if there is 3 yeras gap after

hi , which medical test has to be done for sec 377 , if there is more than 3 years of this incident ,, and we are separated from last 2nd half year ... after so many years what will be the result of this medical test

There won't be any extra penal provision because of decriminalization of 377. Also noting will come in the test because of such a long gap. She is doing all these things to make her case seem strong and to perhaps get divorce and some money. Depending on other facts, this is my observation.
