Aapke case me pehle yeh dekhna zaroori hoga ki kya dahej ka aarop kisi specific incident, demand ya harassment ke basis par lagaya gaya hai ya phir sagai tootne ke baad galat niyat se FIR file ki gayi hai. Agar allegations fabricated ya false lagte hain, to aap turant anticipatory bail ke liye apply karein aur FIR ki certified copy lekar poora record ek advocate ko dikhayein. Aapke favour me evidence jaise chats, calls, sagai ka breakdown ka real reason, ladki walon ki taraf se koi pressure ya property/land dispute ka angle ho to ye sab cheezein aapke defence ko strong banayengi. False dowry cases me High Court me quashing (Section 482 CrPC) bhi ek remedy hoti hai, lekin woh facts aur investigation report ke basis par decide hota hai. Filhaal sabse important step hai bail aur evidence ko secure karna.

okay land use pet dahej ka case jar diya this will be decided in the civil court aapki sagai ladki wall ne break kar diya land use par tumhara hai whoever possession the land is the owner so kindly check what the court says

f.I.r ho gyi hai agr aap par ,to fir aap f.I.r quashing me ja skte hai high court me jaha aapke proof k behalf pr aapi f.I.r quash ho skti hai ,ya phir dono parties milkr compermise krke uske baad high court se f.I.r quash kra skte hai,
