As long as there is no stay over the sale of the property from the court, you are free to sell the property. As a precautionary measure, you may file for caveat in the court against stay on the sale of the property.
Otherwise you are free to sell the property
Otherwise you are free to sell the property
How did your mother get the property? Who purchased the property? Depending upon the answer to these 2 points, I can tell you whether you can sell the property. Your wife has to file a petition before court to stay the sale of the property, otherwise they did not have a right to stop the sale, since the divorce petition also pending before the court. Please provide me in detail
Your wife has no right to claim the property. If at all she is aggrieved she has to seek maintenance both for herself and daughter. For the same she has to go to the Court and work out her remedy. Mere threat will not work for which you can file a police complaint.
