Regarding mutual consent divorce procedure

Is counselling available in mutual consent divorce also? How much time it will take to get divorce in mutual consent

No counseling for mutual consent divorce, since applicants already agreed mutually for separation, so no question of counseling arise. Generally it will take 6 months time to finish off the cases from the date of filing of petition.

Mutual divorce taking maximum period 7 month's only. further clarifications contact me. I solve ur matrimonial problem. totally 3 hearing only this type of cases. mutual divorce last hearing before u settled money matters means u relief to matrimonial problems.

The conditions required under section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act are as follows: (i) Husband and wife have been living separately for a period of one year or more. (ii) That they are unable to live together. (iii) And that both husband and wife have mutually agreed that the marriage has totally collapsed. Hence marriage should be dissolved. Under these circumstances, a Divorce by Mutual consent can be filed. As per the Indian Legal system, a divorce procedure fundamentally begins with the filing of a divorce petition.
