Recover belonging from husband house

Hello Mam, Can CAW Cell investing officer/any staff person come to husband house to recover the wife's belonging ??

For the recovery of the belonging the registration of FIR is important and after that only the immovable property can be transferred to his/her original owner. A CAW investigating officer doesn't have any authority to search anyone else's house and search for belongings.

No caw cell officers don’t go anywhere for such recoveries at all, any such recovery has to be according to due process of law via court’s order. Kindly b in touch to understand the matter!
