Received legal notice from wife. But i do not wish to give divorce

Sir i have done court marriage on 2010 feb 11,but we are not staying together,as we are studing,and their parents told me to wait till i do a job and now they are asking for divorce, and sent me a notice for divorce,but i dont want to give divorce,and the notice was returned as i am not present. Kindly give some advice what should i do further. And they have filed it on another city rather than in my home town. To harrash me.

You can file restitution of conjugal right to bring her to your house . As long time has been elapsed hence you have to contest the case carefully .
Secondly you have to appear in the court and contest against divorce petition of your wife , fight with dare either you will win the case or you will get rid of an unfaithful/ uncommitted person.

If legal notice was sent to you then your wife and her parents may take steps for divorce . To protect your interest you are advice to file a case for restitution of conjugal life in your home town . You are resident from?

1st tell me any disturbance are there before filing divorce case.Then if your wife has intrested to separate then what can you do.i think you understand what I told ,because you can not forcefully kept you wife.better you personally discuss with your wife why she take this type of step and why misunderstanding arises between us.

dont worry u dont write that your wife also wants if she send divorce notce under presure of her parents if she does not want divorce then in the court told her to tell infront of judge what is true then case will dismiss
