Procedures for surrender of locker by court order

Sir/Madam, I have availed locker facility with my husband in the bank, now I am staying separately & thinking about divorce, and there is nothing in the locker, just empty locker.. but problem is that he is not ready to come to the bank & surrender locker, so is their any way to surrender locker with the help of court order... ?? Can order be passed in such cases...

you can write a letter to the Bank Surrendering the locker and also you can mention that husband is not cooperating with you for the same if still they refuse for the same. Then:- if you have case pending in any of court with regards to the Divorce or maintenance Proceedings then you can file a Application Directing your husband to corporate to close the Bank Locker. if you do not have any proceedings pending then you can file a Writ Petition in the High seeking Necessary Direction against the Bank for the Closure or remove your name from the Locker Account.
