I need divorce from my wife as we Both separated from last more than 2 years, she is living with her parents as she misuse 498 Laws, She don't want to give me divorce,I want to know how I get divorce, because our understanding not match as of her Rude behavior with me and my Mom.
did your wife has filed a complaint against you under section 498 . if she has filled that case at what stage is that case . for getting a divorce you need a specific reason why you wants divorce from your wife & that you have to prove in court.
