On what specific point a wife can file MC in two cases ?

She filed Sec498a(Andhra) and DVC(Telangana) then 125 MC is attached, in DVC case Intern MC is approved/Orders passed. she filed again CrPC MC in Andhra where Sec498a filed, here also Magistrate about to pass orders. How Or what specific point a wife can file MC in different cases ? even though maintenance is been already approved at DVC. If MC is not allowed in DVC then she can file in CrpC but already approved in DVC how can she file MC again between two states?

Your wife cannot file two maintenance claim applications simultaneously against you in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. All you need to do is apprise the Court of the maintenance claim order already so passed by the Telangana.
