NRI divorce want to shift to India

I have been a resident of the UK since April 2011, obtaining citizenship in 2017. My wife, Bhagyashree Chopde, and I were married on April 28, 2008, in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. We share a seven-year-old son who was born in October 2016.
The divorce process was initiated by my wife in July 2022 following the enactment of the "No-fault" divorce law in the UK in April 2022.separation occurred in September 2022, when my wife vacated our marital home to reside in a rental property with her partner
we need to know what exact guidance you need
for that
also need to know under which law you got married
and in the divorce. proceedings filed at UK is there any order passed for divorce and for custody of child
