not ready to pay maintenance for child

Pune court ordered to child maintenance, for my husband but his is not ready to pay any single amount, so after some time police going to his house for collection his asset, that time hi said he sell his own bike, now i don't have money. (last 3 years I am waiting for the child maintenance) (order date 5/11/2022)

Dispute your income If wife claims inflated income: File income affidavit Produce: Salary slips / bank statements ITR Employment proof Courts cannot assume income without proof. 2️⃣ Mother is earning / capable If wife is: Working Qualified Has income/assets You can argue: “Maintenance should be proportionate; mother must also contribute.”
