Not paying maintenance and not going to court

Hi, I'm working on Dubai as an technician and earning 2500 dinar approximately 50000 rupees and I have a divorce case in India from 2018 and could order to pay half of my salary as interim maintenance f 2018but I refused and not paid, also I had appeal in high court also but the judge are not listening at all and asked me to pay so I'm not going to court but suddenly my wife got arrest warrant against me and trying to block my passport, what should I do now, now a days it's not easy to get jobs
You should immediately file a recall application for the arrest warrant and seek a stay on passport proceedings in the Family Court or High Court, citing your job in Dubai and inability to pay the ordered amount. Also, seek modification of the interim maintenance order under changed financial circumstances. Avoiding court will worsen your case—engage a lawyer to act fast and protect your rights.
