Hi team, Do I need No object certificate for my matrimony case in barsat court kolkata West Bengal from previous advocate. If he don't agree to give noc then still need advocate can file his vakalatnama?

Yes it is required. The previous advocate will sign in the left side of the middle position of a new vakalatnama by mentioning no objection, signature, and date. If he doesn't agree to provide then the new advocate , whom you want to appoint can still file fresh vakalatnama.
