Need divorce but deliberate postponement and harrasment

07-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am a 27yr old lady staying separately for the last 3 yrs. I have applied for a divorce but the summons are deliberately being postponed by the other party lawyer on filmsy reasons just to delay the case of mutual divorce. I want the divorce immediately. What course of action do I need to take? Can I apply unilaterally for an Ex Parte? Please advice and help. Iam independent and do not have anything to ask for but can file multiple cases of alimony and domestic violence (which was real and true) if need be. I really need to get this done so that I can move ahead in life. Please help and sugget

in case of mutual divorce no you cannot have an exparte proceedings as it has to be mutually agreed between the 2 parties.
in case of contested divorce yes you can have an exparte decree in your favour. you can also file for Domestic violence and Maintenance against your husband.
