My wifes father always gives me and my family to get arrested.

My wifes demands money from me that much I dont earn now a days , we married on 1.5 years back she does not reside us for almost full period. His father always gives threat of violence and police case and court cases. I am a home tutor now a days my income is Rs 7500 per month. Kindly help how can we save ourself

You may file for divorce on grounds of desertion since your wife has not resided with you. If she files for maintenance, the court will consider your actual income of ₹7,500 while deciding the amount. You should keep income proof ready and defend any false cases legally. If her family threatens violence, file a police complaint or seek protection.

Since your wife has not lived with you for almost the whole marriage she's hurting you she's not fulfilling her duties her demands are beyond your capacity many husbands face threats that the wife can file 490 8AIPC or DV if you anticipate any of these cases you can go for an anticipatory bill it would be better for you to keep all the records of your income bank statement tuition work proof to show that you cannot pay a large sum.
