My husband and his family mentally torture me also my husband hit me

It's been 7months for my marriage in starting they all r very good to me but day by day they change their behaviour changes.my document file everything is locked nd they refused. Now last night he beat me nd his parents blame me that u beat our son they r very clever making unnecessary stories my family take me with them with no clothes they said they will not give anything. Now what should I do sir..I'm just 23 and I'm doing masters my everything is there they treated me like a servant.

That you can do following things: 1. Firstly you can file a petition under section 125 CrPC for maintenance 2. secondly you can file complaint under section 12 Domestic Violence Act against your husband and in laws too. Aforesaid things can mount pressure upon them, not to do such kind of attrocities against you

you. an file domestic violence complaint under DV ACT through Police or can directly file in court . If necessary court will provide u protection officer. for physical harassment u can file police complaint and after Medical relevant sections for offences will be charged
