Mutual divorce file with .............................................

We have a registered marriage, a social marriage was done in March 2025. Now the wife is seeking a divorce. But her parents are pressuring us to start a family, in which case there is constant unrest in the family. Is it possible to get a divorce with mutual consent???

Definitely yes... if you and your wife mutually agree to get a divorce then you both should file a mutual divorce petition under special marriage act... you both just need to appear before the court only once. for further detailed query kindly have a proper consultation. yes it is possible. but you need to wait atleast a year from the date of registration of the said marriage as per the law. After completing 1 year you both can file a mutual divorce. The court will examine the date of separation if it satisfied the court then you can file
