Mutual consent divorce in Madras family court

I had got date for mutual consent divorce in December 2025 but I want to go abroad for job and she also want to marry again so we had filed urgent petition but judge rejected it on ground of no proof of abroad being submitted by lawyer. I have proof of offer letter from hongkong will that be sufficient to ask for urgent divorce.

hi, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, you can again file a petition before the Hon'ble family court and request for earlier grant of divorce, however, it all depends on the decision of the Hon'ble judge of the family court, thank you
