Mutual Consent Divorce and Legal Custody of Child

My wife wanted a Divorce and I am also ok for Mutual Consent. We are married for 24 years and I have 15 year old daughter. My wife is ready to allow our daughter to stay with me and she want to be separated and lead her own desired Life. Can we file Mutual Divorce and Legal Guardian for me at the same time. I may travel abroad in 1 or 2 years and I dont want to get in situation where it is disagreed and have impact on my career passion? what is the duration to get both ?
