Mother in law threatening to file false case how can I save myself

can a Male after having Audio/video proofs of proving that her married life was ended by the joint efforts or his mother in law and his wife file any solid case in Indian court and is there any law to protect the concern or life of a MALE. If a Male has proof that the wife's mother is threatening of a false case can he escape the false allegations that his mother in law is planning to throw at him and his family. Is there any law that will listen to a MALE victim and not just favor FEMALE. Do audio/visual recordings play as solid evidence in any case.If yes what are the provisions. Pls suggest
There are 2 options available.
Firstly, If she is staying with you, we would advice you to make call recordings or video recording of her making such threats.
Secondly, if she left your home then your make a written statement to the local police station stating that she left your house. If the case has already been filed we suggest you to hire a competent advocate to defend you in the court.
You also may want to prepare to file an anticipatory bail for yourself and your family if some criminal complaint like under Section 498a has been filed / is about to be filed against you and your family.
