As a Muslim man can I give someone else my SPA rather than the lawyer, which in Vakalatnama mentioned
To withdraw or compromise the said case or submit to arbitration any differences or disputes that may arise touching or in any manner relating to the said case.

I don't want to give this authority to the lawyer but according to the lawyer, it is tstandard procedure format of Vakalatnama in India.
Can the lawyer take the legal decision of dispute or compromise behind my back?
Lawyers are not authorised to take any decisions regarding the compromise between the parties. The vakalatnama is for representing the parties before the court. And any kind of settlement can't happen without the signature of the respective party.

420We had already registered fir in 420 in one police station against accused property seller for cheating but police done nothing. Now can we file another fir in 467 and 468 in another police station where signature forgery happened in sub registrar office against same accused, sub registrar and other beneficiaries?? I want to know that another fir is legal or can be quashed by the accused lawyer in future??
