Mental and physical torture by husband What action can I take

I am 49 yrs old working as class one officer. My husband is 54 years old .he is also class one officer. I am hindu.. we have two sons. Elder is 21 yrs old doing mbbs and younger is inmatric. My husband has inflicted unimaginable torture on me. He has mentally physically tortured me. He did notallow me to breathe.. Now I have caught him red handed living with a lady of his daughters age . I HAVE EVERY KIND OF PROOF AGAINST HIM . I AM DEVASTATED IN A DAZED CONDITION . HE HAS SPENT LAKHS ON HER. I HAVE PROOF..... MYWORLD HAS SHSTTERED.
There are multiple ways to address this situation. Firstly you need to decide if you wish to continue in this relationship and seek counselling to mend the behavior of you in-laws and husband and live a happy married life.
If not, then seek a separation via mutual consent to speed up the process and get rid of this relationship and start life all over again afresh.

You can file downry harassment 498a, you can file domestic voilence under DV act, You can also seek maintainance under section 125 crpc, you can file criminal complaint against your husband under section 194 IPC for bigamy and various other provisions and reliefs are there to help you out from this condition. And one more thing never get devasted and dnt take any cheap step as you have to get justice and take revenge taking help of indian laws and justice system.
