Married for 1 year husband staying separate how to stay together

sir i am a hindu girl from jammu.married since 1 year i reside with my in laws my family and my hubby dont allow me to live with him as he is posted at punjab ...every weekend he comes home..whenever iask them they threat me of giving divorce...kindly help.i only want to live with my hubby and dont want to separate him from his parents
Since your marriage was solemnised in Jammu so you will be governed by J&K Hindu marriage act, you said your husband is working in punjab and you are living with his parents and you are living seperately from one year now you want to live with him, in that case you have to file a case for restitution of conjugal rights under section 9 before the court in that case you request the court that you want to live with your husband and court may direct your husband that he keep you with him.
