Married as a minor what action can we take in this situation?

My brother was married when he was 18 years and the girl was 17 years. They have one kid and the brother is not happy with the marriage and the girl is not wiling to file for divorce. What action is possible in that situation?

If your brother and the girl are major now, then your brother is required to file for divorce on grounds mentioned under section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act.
Few of the grounds mentioned in the Act are - cruelty, adultery, dissertion, etc.
