Marriage registered in other state then J&K cannot get divorce in j&k?

Can a woman expect a favorable verdict for divorce in J&K when the marriage itself is registered in a different state? After several hearings it was decided that the woman will be granted a divorce, but now a few days before the day of decree the Judge has called for an argument citing marriages registered in a state other than J&K cannot be given divorce in Jammu. Is this fair? Please help at the earliest.
You must challenge the decision of the judge before the High Court and then before the Supreme Court by way of an SLP if the High Court passes an order that is not favourable to your side. That is the only course of action available to you. You may however plead additional grounds and counter arguments.
