Hi,Mere bf ki shadi uske papa ne jabrdasti November me fix hui thi Usne 6 month me ldki se bat bhi ni ki or na hi kbhi Milne gye But ldki ke parents ne pressure dalkr may me shadi fix krwa li or abhi 10may ko shadi krdi ,ldke ne may me ldki ko mna b kiya shadi krne se,Usne ignore kr diya Ldke ne talna chaha or mna kiya tha may me ni krna but ldki ni mani or ldki k parents ne pressure dalkar may me Krli, Shadi k bad usne us ldki ko touch b ni kiya ek month ho gye,Na esi koi bat krta hai usse

He can consider filing annulled under Section 12(1)(c), if you believe that his consent for marriage was received by force or by fraud. He can also file Divorce under Section 13 of Hindu Marruage Act with strong proof.
