Marriage After Divorce (Merit)

Can I do marriage if I have a merit based divorce decree(Hindu marriage Act).but opposition have challenge it in HC?

Sir, generally the divorce decree is not appellable, however if the opposite party has challenged it and the Honorable High Court has granted a stay upon you to remarry, then you can't marry till the appeal/ revision is disposed off. Although, without going through the complete documents, it's premature for any Advocate to make a comment upon it.
