Sir, I want to know that my warrant is issue before 3 years and I am not appear in court also not my lawyer so now there is warrant for attachment of property. So My warrant is cancel. also property ownership is belong to my mother. Police can arrest me. or attach the property. following is court order

if you are on bail then police can not arrest you. let me know what case it is it is difficult to advise without knowing the nature of case . if the it is civil Matter and there is no any arrest warrant then police can not arrest you. if There is heinous crime then police can arrest you with out warrant. plz share specific about the nature of case.
