Maintenance case against my husband

If person from defence gets pension can his wife ask for maintenance without divorce? If maintenance granted,will it automatically come to wife from government or husband has to transfer?

hi alocious here, I can well understand your concern from your query raised, yes the wife is entitled for maintenance from the husband. a court order specifying the amount and time needs to be obtained and the amount shall be transferred by the husband to you directly, only if he fails the court Wil intervene, you can call me for further clarifications, thank you
