Love marriage registered now wife don't want to stay with me

I love a handicap girl. we wore her Mangalsutra in witness of god in 16 nov 2014. Then on may 2015 we made affidavit of our marraige and get it notarised, we make 5 affidavit. 1. i gave her that i married her 2. she gave me that she married me 3. joint affidavit of marrage 4. affidavit of freewill signed by her 5. contract to live together as husband-wife till the death Now since april 1 2016 we live toghter but when her father come to city I went to my rented room and when her father go village i again live with her in her house. Her is 30 year. now she is refusing to stay with me
Assuming that you both are Hindus your question is not clear on the fact that your marriage was registered or not. Moreover was there any witness or evidences regarding your marriage? Your affidavits is not a valid proof of your marriage. If you have any other proof of marriage then you can apply for restitution on conjugal rights.
