Legal method to get account details

my wife is not sharing her salary and bank account details with me. one year of marriage. she is ready to help in house expenses but i want to manage the accounts so i want her netbanking login details to check.i have told her multiple times and then she gave me her transaction history printed. is there any legal way i can take details from her ? isnt it my right to have those details from her ? i think she sends money to her parents or she has some secret account.

you can file a petition under Section 91 cr.p.c seeking direction to bank to produce the account details. But only if a divorce proceeding is under way in the court and she has filed a maintenance claim against you. Netbanking details are not possible without her will. No, you don't have the right to take details from her, and she is allowed to send money to her parents.
