Lady demanding money for giving mutual divorce orelse she will spread

My brother got married to a girl 3months ago and she never been close to my brother and she had never let my brother touch her and now she had kept an aligation that my brother is not a male he has problem in sex and he can’t get physical as he is not a man .. and now they are spreading rumors in my colony about my brother and demanding money of 20Lakhs for mutual divorce , so I want a suggestion how to proceed legally

what she is want to threaten your brother in thos matter whether it is true or false, allready she spread the rumour to the public. nothing new she can suppress if she was given money as demanded. nothing secret remained to save about him. hence, you need not pay against her threats. but, If her allegations are true, she is entitled for divorce and then your brother should pay a sum towards permanent alimony to resolve the issue amicably.
